Chunhua Hoisting Machinery Co., Ltd. is a key national enterprise specialising in the production of road, railway, and industrial plant bridge and gantry cranes, intelligent mechanical parking equipment, and crane components. Established in 1997 and formally registered under its current name in 2003, the company is situated at the junction of Zhenxi Road and Daihe Road within the Feidong Economic Development Zone – the hometown of Bao Gong. It stands as a leading enterprise in Anhui Province’s special equipment manufacturing sector.
With registered capital of RMB 289 million, the company oversees four subsidiaries and holding companies. Chunhua Plant I and Plant II collectively occupy 130 mu (approximately 8.67 hectares) of land, featuring 73,000 square metres of factory space and 11,000 square metres of office buildings. Annual production exceeds 1,500 units of lifting equipment and 10,000 units of intelligent parking systems. Cumulative revenue over the past three years has surpassed RMB 1 billion, making it the city’s sole lifting machinery manufacturer classified as an A-grade enterprise per mu of land.
Since inception, the enterprise has pursued continuous management innovation by adopting advanced quality management principles. It has successively obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification. Currently, our company holds the most comprehensive range of special equipment manufacturing qualifications within the province, totalling over 70 certifications. Our bridge and gantry cranes exceed 200 tonnes capacity, while our flagship products—the 125-tonne metallurgical crane, 41-tonne container gantry crane, and 11-storey vertical circulation parking equipment—make us Anhui’s first enterprise to obtain production licences issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation. Our lifting equipment first entered international markets as early as 2007, reaching Southeast Asia, Europe, and Africa.
The company possesses fibre laser cutting equipment, crane end beam and trolley CNC gantry boring and milling machining centres, H-beam three-dimensional drilling integrated production lines, thick plate plasma flame cutting lines, wheel gear hobbing machines, high-frequency heat treatment equipment, multiple single/double-girder main weld submerged arc welding production lines, multiple single/double-girder robotic internal weld joint production lines, automated cold-forming equipment for parking facility vehicle deck side beams, CNC lathes, shot blasting equipment, enclosed paint booths, and over 100 other processing units. This constitutes a comprehensive modern manufacturing system.
